("Habitat") and are to be <br />considered the JOINT escrow instructions for the sale by Habitat to individual homebuyers of eight <br />(8) affordable housing units (the "Units") located in Redwood City. <br />INSTRUCTIONS <br />A. Escrow Accounts and Purchase Agreements. A separate escrow account ("Escrow") has <br />been opened for the sale of each Unit by Habitat and the respective buyers of the Unit (each, a <br />"Buyer" and collectively, the "Buyers"). Habitat and each of tho Buyers have executed Purchase <br />Agreements (the "Purchase Agreements'), which Purchase Agreements contain escrow <br />instructions goveming the escrow relating to the Unit in question. The Purchase Agreements have <br />been delivered to you separately.
