<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 859 <br /> <br />GRANTING VARIANCE LOT 1, BLOCK 9, REDWOOD <br />HIGHLANDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 35-50 of the <br /> <br />Planning Commission of Redwood City, said COl1li'11ission rec- <br />ommended the granting of a variance to Dr. August Fronm <br />on Lot 1, Block 9, Redwood Highlands, to allow construction <br /> <br />of a building to the property line and for elimination of <br /> <br />the five (5) foot side yard requirement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED as follows: <br /> <br />1.
