<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N NO. 866 <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY CLERK <br />TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHERN <br />PACIFIC COMPANY REGARDING ROSE FENCE <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the Council of Redwood City as follows: <br />1. That that certain agreement presented to the <br />Council of Redwood City regarding the maintenance of cer- <br />tain wire fencing upon and along thc3 property of the <br />Southern Pacific Company in the City of Redwo9d City, be <br />and the same is hereby approved. Said agreement supple- <br />ments a previous agreement dated September 30, 1938, be- <br />tween the City of Redwood City and .the Southern Pacific <br />Company relating to the same matter. <br />2.
