REV: 07-05-22 RL <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Consultant will collaborate with Redwood City Together to facilitate professional <br />development trainings for staff during FY2022-2023. <br />Essential Duties and Responsibilities: <br />Facilitate quarterly 4-hour training sessions where staff will learn valuable skills <br />that will help their professional development <br />Outcomes: <br />Discover and develop their individual and team gifts’ and genius’ <br />Learn how to leverage their gifts’ and genius’ to be a more high-functioning team <br />Become a healthier team and organization to work with and for <br />Refine their culture to be understanding, inclusive, and empowering <br />Grow in self-awareness and team-awareness to serve and love the city better <br />Adopt new and shared language to drive morale, clarity, and results <br />Create further and greater alignment as a team to accomplish goals more <br />effectively <br />Consultant will be paid $150/hour. <br />City will pay Consultant quarterly, pursuant to invoicing consistent with Section 6, <br />Compensation. <br />ATTY/AGR.2022.167/Corey Garrity (Professional Development) (Page 11 of 12)
