RES 0 L UTI 0 N 7ie NO. 876 AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE OF TAX DEEDED PROPERTY TO STATE OF CALIFORNIA WHEREAS, the real property hereinafter described was deeded to the City of Redwood City on October 26, 1945, pur- suant to the provisions of Division 1, Part 6, Chapter 8, Article 1 of the Revenue and Taxation Code; and WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has not sold said property within the period contained in the agreement with the County of San Mateo, under which agreemen~ said prop- erty was deeded to said City; NOW, THEREFORE, B~ AND IT HEREBY IS RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City as follows: 1. That the Mayor and the lilerk of the City of Red- wood City be, and they hereby are, authorized and directed to execute a deed, pursuant to the statute in such case made and provided, to the State of California conveying all of the City of Redwood City's right, title and interest in the property hereinafter described, which the City of Redwood City obtained by deed executed on October 26, 1945, under the provisions of Section 3804 of the Hevenue,and Taxation Code, and recorded in Volume 1215 of Orficial Records, page '193, Hecords or San Mateo County. 2. That the real property hereinbefore mentioned is more particularly described as follows: All that real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Ma.tE~O, State of' California, as follows: Lots 16, 26 in Block 2, Lot 12 in ~lock 3 and Lot 7 in Block 5, all in the S'rAlVlBAUGH ST.
