This Services Order shall automatically renew for an additional one-year period from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024 (FY 2023-24), unless CUSTOMER provides written notice to RWC of CUSTOMER’S intent not to renew this Services Order at least ninety (90) days in advance of July 1, 2023. MISCELLANEOUS: The City of East Palo Alto agrees to pre-purchase 2,000 hours, paid in twelve equal monthly payments at the above hourly rates of $195.80 for FY 2022-23 and $201.67 for FY 2023-24. Of the 2,000 pre-purchased hours, 1,850 are non-refundable. Hours used above 2,000 will be invoiced in July immediately following the fiscal year in which the services were provided. Unused hours above 1,850, but less than 2,000, will be refunded in July immediately following the fiscal year in which the services were provided Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meaning set forth in the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) attached hereto. All charges in this Service Order are exclusive of taxes and fees. By executing this Service Order, CUSTOMER is requesting, and agrees to pay for the Services identified and described in this Services Order and to be bound by the GTC, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
