Create an over-the-counter process that is flexible to support projects of all sizes <br />and accessible to developers and community land trusts. <br />3. Solicit feedback from City staff, outside stakeholders, and developers, and refine <br />drafts as necessary. <br />Deliverable: Draft guidelines and other documentation (e.g., application template) and <br />work with staff to implement website enhancements necessary for an over-the-counter <br />process. <br />Deliverable timeline: After Task 2 is complete, 11 weeks to complete. <br />Task 5: Final Housing Preservation Fund Process and NOFA <br />1. Complete final processes for both Housing Preservation Fund and NOFA. This <br />includes applications, guidelines, internal procedures, and any other written <br />materials necessary to the launch of both programs. <br />2. Launch both processes with support of City staff via combination of widespread <br />digital and individual outreach to potential applicants. If needed, with support of <br />City staff, provide content for website prior to launch date. <br />Deliverable: All final written and digital products for launch of both programs. <br />Deliverable timeline: 2 weeks after Tasks 3 and 4 are complete. <br />Task 6: Ongoing Post-Launch Support (billed on hourly basis at $175/hr.) <br />1. Provide support to City staff on hourly basis, as-needed, following launch of both <br />the Housing Preservation Fund process and NOFA. This support will end 8 weeks <br />after the launch unless extended by mutual agreement by the City and Consultant. <br />2.
