REV: 4-17-2023 RL <br />Exhibit “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant will provide the following services, as authorized in writing by the City: <br />1) Assist the City in preparation of the bank reconciliations for FY 2022-23, including the <br />following: <br />a) General ledger reconciliation <br />b) Deposit reconciliation <br />c) Subsidiary system reconciliation to the general ledger <br />d) Any other reconciliations needed to complete the bank reconciliations <br />2) Assist the City with report writing from the Oracle system to a SQL report <br />3) Any other automation of reports or data query, as requested by City <br />FY 2022-23 bank reconciliations shall be completed by August 30, 2023. Extension(s) of due <br />dates may be granted by the Assistant City Manager/Administrative Services Director or <br />designee. <br />Key Personnel: <br />Linda Modeste – Senior Accountant <br />Robert Miller – Staff Person <br />Consultant will charge the City based on actual hours worked, at a rate of $130/hour. <br />Consultant will be paid pursuant to invoices consistent with Section 6, Compensation, <br />which will be submitted to the City every two weeks and reflect the actual hours worked <br />in the prior two weeks. <br />ATTY/AGR.2023/Amend.No.1/Sharma & Associates (Accounting Services) (Page 4 of 4)
