Praw <br />NOTICE OF TERMINATION <br />THIS NOTICE OF TERMINATION (this "Notice") is entered into effective as of September <br />28, 2022 (the "Effective Date") by the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY (tile "City"). <br />Recitals <br />A. Pursuant to that certain Revocable Permit dated February 23, 1966, and recorded <br />Marcia 8, 1965, in Book 5123, Page 101, of Oficial Records in the Recorder's Office of San <br />Mateo County (the "Permit"), permission was granted to H and E Food Corporation to construct <br />a sidewalk on that property commonly known as 1745 El Camino Real, Redwood City, CA, and <br />as more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto (the "Prey") on the terms and <br />conditions described in the Permit. <br />B. The Permit was issued for the purpose of constructing a sidewalk covering the <br />area from the curb line to two feet from the property line, as more particularly described in the <br />Permit (tile '`Sidewalk"). The Sidewalk has since been fully constructed, and the City therefore <br />seeks to revoke the Permit pursuant to Section 1. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of <br />which are acknowledged, the City revokes the Permit and fully releases the obligations contained <br />therein. <br />178783179 <br />
