EXHIBIT B <br />SCHEDULE OF IMPROVEMENTS <br />YEAR <br />IMPROVEMENT <br />Consult with Arborist to examine Redwood Tree abutting the rear of the <br />2023 <br />structure, and install recommended preventative measures to ensure the <br />structure is safe from tree growth <br />2024 <br />Refinish the damaged wood on the front facade / arcade above the front <br />_entrance. <br />2025 <br />Refinish front -facing historic windows, fixing the water damage to the <br />wood trim around the windows. <br />Refinishing and repointing of the brick veneer on the exterior of the <br />2026 <br />structure. <br />Update side gate and front wooden gate, maintaining historic character, <br />2027 <br />while improving function.
