REV: 12-19-2022 JB EXHIBIT “A” SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE Consultant will conduct the following tasks on a time and expenses basis up to the not- to-exceed the amount specified in Paragraph 6 of this Agreement. Consultant is expected to supply the office, computer, or other equipment to support the successful completion of this work. Task 1 City Representative Consultant will serve as the City’s representative for the US Route 101/SR 84 Interchange Reconstruction Project ("Project”). This ongoing activity involves coordinating with City staff, partners, stakeholders, and funding agencies. Task 2 Develop Request for Qualifications or Proposals for Project Delivery Consultant will develop a formal request for qualifications or proposals (RFQ/P), and facilitate the procurement process, for project delivery services to manage completion of the Plans, Specifications, and Estimate and Right of Way (PS&E & R/W) phases of the Project, including transition of the Project to Caltrans for construction, lead and carry out the funding plan approved by City Council on June 27, 2022 and support the Project and the City’s interests during construction. Assuming this Agreement is fully executed by December 31, 2022, the RFQ/P shall be drafted on or about January 13, 2023, with a goal of releasing the RFP by January 31, 2023, and taking an agreement to the City Council in March 2023. Task 3 Manage Critical Project Tasks Consultant will manage critical project tasks until a project delivery team has been hired and started work. This includes continuing time-sensitive work on the PS&E & R/W phase for City such as: providing Project oversight, PS&E & R/W consultant contract administration, coordination with Caltrans, the San Mateo County Transportation Authority (TA), and community, reporting within and for City according to established protocols, and managing R/W acquisition planning and implementation.
