That all rentals reoeived from that certain oity- <br />owned property, together with the house located thereon, at <br />Harbor Boulevard and Chestnut Street, f~hall be, plaoed in a <br />special fund and aocumulatedthere until suffioient funds are <br /> <br />available in said fund to build a paint shed at the City of <br />Redwood City's oorporation yard. <br />2. That no transfers shall be made out of said speoial <br />fund without the oonsent of the Council of Redwood City. <br />
