Order No. : 291953 <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />The land referred to is situated in the State of California, County of San Mateo, <br />City of Redwood City, and is described as follows: <br />PARCEL ONE: <br />Unit 103, consisting of certain air space and elements, as delineated upon that <br />certain Map and Condominium Plan (the "Plan") for "WYNDHAM PLACE", which Plan <br />recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of <br />California, on August 16th, 1994, in Book 124 of Maps, at Pages 32 through 36, <br />inclusive. <br />PARCEL TWO: <br />An undivided 1/15th fee simple interest as tenant-in-common in Common Area "A", (the <br />"Common Area"), as said lot is delineated upon that certain Map entitled "WYNDHAM <br />PLACE", which Map was filed for record in the Office of the Recorder of the County of <br />San Mateo, State of California, on August 16th, 1994, in Book 124 of Maps, at Pages <br />32 through 36, inclusive. <br />EXCEPTING THEREFROM Units 101 through 106 inclusive, and 201 through 209, inclusive, <br />located thereon. <br />PARCEL THREE: <br />Non-exclusive rights appurtenant to Parcel One for access, ingress, egress, <br />encroachment, repair, drainage, support, and for other purposes, all as described in <br />the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Wyndham Place <br />("Declaration") which recorded March 2, 1995, as Document No. 95021191, of the <br />Official Records of said County. <br />PARCEL FOUR: <br />An exclusive right for use, possession and enjoyment for a patio appurtenant and <br />adjacent to Parcel One, which is shown as "P-103" on the Condominium Plan, for use as <br />may be permitted in the Declaration. <br />PARCEL FIVE: <br />An exclusive right for use, possession and enjoyment for a deck appurtenant and <br />adjacent to Parcel One, which is shown as "D-(n/a)" on the Condominium Plan, for use <br />as may be permitted in the Declaration. <br />PARCEL SIX: <br />An exclusive right for use, possession and enjoyment of a garage appurtenant and <br />adjacent to Parcel One, which is shown as "G-103" on the Condominium Plan, for use as <br />may be permitted in the Declaration. <br />A.P.N. 113-320-030 J.P.N. 124-032-000-0103 T <br />1!1l11!1111111!IIIIIIIIIII!II11111i1!lill1111111!IIIEII AOO0 -o03I : O <br />6 <br />
