CONTROLLING LAW <br />The terms of this Resale Agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the <br />State of California. <br />22. NOTICES <br />All notices required herein shall be sent by first class mail, express delivery, or <br />otherwise required by law, to the parties at the following addresses: <br />To the Owner: <br />Jesus Alcala and Maria R. Alcala <br />1205 Warren Avenue, #103 <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br />To the City: <br />Housing Coordinator <br />Executive Director of the Redevelopment Agency <br />City of Redwood City <br />P. O. Box 391 <br />Redwood City, CA 94064 <br />Agency or the Owner may subsequently request in writing that notices be sent to a <br />different address, so long as notice of such change or address is delivery in accordance <br />with the terms of this Section. <br />23. INTERPRETATION OF RESALE AGREEMENT <br />The terms of this Resale Agreement shall be interpreted so as to avoid speculation <br />on the Unit and to insure to the extent possible that its purchase price and mortgage <br />payments remain affordable to persons and families of low and moderate income whose <br />incomes do not exceed one hundred percent (100%) of the median income in San Mateo <br />County. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Resale Agreement as of <br />the date first above written. <br />13 <br />
