<br />The land referred to in this Report is described as follows:
<br />All that certain real property situated in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of
<br />California, described as follows:
<br />PARCEL I:
<br />Unit 207, consisting of certain air space and elements, as described in the Map and Condominium Plan
<br />("Plan") for Wyndham Place, which Plan recorded August 16, 1994, in Book 124 of Maps, at page 32
<br />through 36, inclusive, as Document No. 94134879 of the Official Records of said County.
<br />EXCEPTING AND RESERVING THEREFROM, non-exclusive easements for access, ingress, egress,
<br />encroachment, maintenance, repair, drainage, support, and for other purposes, all as described in the
<br />Declaration referred to below;
<br />PARCEL II:
<br />An undivided 1/15th fee simple interest as tenant-in-common in Common Area "A", (the "Common Area"),
<br />as said lot is shown on that certain map entitled "Wyndham Place", which map was filed in the Office of
<br />the San Mateo County Recorder on August 16, 1994, in Book 124 of maps at pages 32 through 36,
<br />inclusive.
<br />EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following:
<br />(A) Units 101 through 106 inclusive, and 201 through 209, inclusive, located thereon;
<br />(B) All non-exclusive easements for use, enjoyment, access, ingress, egress, encroachment, maintenance,
<br />repair, drainage, support and for other purposes, all as described in the Declaration referred to below;
<br />and
<br />(C) All exclusive rights for use, possession and enjoyment in and to that portion of said Common Area
<br />shown and defined as the "Patio", "Deck", and "Garage" Exclusive Use Common Areas on said
<br />Condominium Plan;
<br />PARCEL III:
<br />Non-exclusive rights appurtenant to Parcel l(one) for access, ingress, egress, encroachment, repair,
<br />drainage, support, and for other purposes, all as described in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and
<br />Restrictions of Wyndham Place ("Declaration") which recorded March 2, 1995, as Document No. 95021191,
<br />of the Official Records of said County;
<br />PARCEL IV:
<br />An exclusive right for use, possession and enjoyment for a patio appurtenant and adjacent to Parcel Kone),
<br />which is shown as "P -(N/A)" on the Condominium Plan, for use as may be permitted in the Declaration.
<br />PARCEL V:
<br />An exclusive right for use, possession and enjoyment for a deck appurtenant and adjacent to Parcel Kone),
<br />which is shown as "D -(NIA)" on the Condominium Plan, for use as may be permitted in the Declaration.
<br />PARCEL VI:
<br />An exclusive right for use, possession and enjoyment of a garage appurtenant and adjacent to Parcel 1(011e),
<br />which is shown as "G-207" on the Condominium Plan, for use as may be permitted in the Declaration.
<br />This deed is made and accepted subject to all of the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements,
<br />assessments, liens and other matters set forth in the "Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
<br />of Wyndham Place" ("Declaration") which recorded March 2,'1995, as Document No. 95021191, of the
<br />Official Records of said County. Said Declaration is incorporated herein by this reference with the same
<br />force and effect as though fully set forth herein.
