EXHIBIT "A" THE LAND REFERRED TO HEREIN BELOW IS SITUATED IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: PARCEL I: Unit 206, consisting of certain air space and elements, as described in the Map and Condominium Plan ("Plan") for Wyndham Place, which Plan recorded August 16, 1994, in Book 124 of maps at page 32 through 36, inclusive, as Document No. 94134879 of the Official Records of said County. PARCEL II: An undivided 1/15th fee simple interest as tenant-in-common in Common Area "A", (the "Common Area"), as said lot is shown on that certain map entitled, "WYNDHAM PLACE", which map was filed in the office of the San Mateo County Record on August 16, 1994, in Book 124 of Maps at pages 32 through 36, inclusive.
