EXHIS?T "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Scope of Work <br />The Consultant will provide on-call printing and mailing services for several divisions in <br />the City's Public Works Services Department. The Consultant shall: <br />s Print from various electronic file formats such as Acrobat, Illustrator, PageMaker, <br />Publisher, Word, etc.; <br />■ Perform printing/mailing orders of 30,000 or more individual pieces; <br />• Coordinate printing and mailing schedules with Departmental representatives; <br />■ Merge namestaddresses from an Excel spreadsheet onto individual materials to <br />be mailed through the United States Postal Service (USPS); <br />■ Provide proofs to Department representatives for their approval prior to printing; <br />■ Make recommendations to Department staff about appropriateness and placement <br />of borders, return address and postage indices on materials to be printed and/or <br />mailed; <br />• Print a variety of brochures (tri- and bi-fold), envelopes, door hangers, letterhead, <br />postcards, multi -page calendars, booklets, and similar materials in color or black <br />and white; <br />• Deliver materials to the post office, to the Public Works Services Department's <br />Office at 1400 Broadway, Redwood City, California, and/or to another City of <br />Redwood City Office location, and <br />17 If requested, print materials on recycled paper stock with a minimum of thirty <br />percent (30%) post -consumer content for printing. <br />Consultant may subcontract portions of the work to: Nino Press, Inc., Santa Clara, <br />California; Impact Printing, Hayward, California; and First Impressions Printing Company, <br />Hayward, California. <br />REV: 07-16-2020 EI <br />ArrY1AGR.2020.120Am&WX (Page 11 of 14) <br />
