EXHIBIT "A" <br />RWC Scope of Work <br />1. RWC shall provide maintenance services for City's motor vehicles on an <br />as needed" basis and upon request of City who shall deliver the motor vehicles to RWC for <br />maintenance services and upon completion, take delivery of said vehicle. <br />2. Tires containing nails, screws, etc., shall NOT be patched. Tires shall be <br />replaced immediately identifying the issue. This applies to emergency vehicles only. <br />3.
