EXHIBIT "C" <br />Schedule of Fees <br />1. The hourly rate for all services is $119.49. The City shall pay RWC for all parts and <br />supplies furnished in connection with such maintenance services at the cost thereof to <br />RWC. <br />2. Upon receipt of the invoice from the RWC, the City shall pay within 14 business days. <br />1.
