<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N o. 9 2 6 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING VACATION AND ABANDON- <br />MENT OF ~ORTION OF AN ALLEYWAY RUNNING <br />OFF WQODSIDE ROAD BETWEEN EL CAMINO REAL <br />AND LINDEN STREET <br /> <br />VfHEREAS the Council of the City of Red~ood City, on June 5, <br />1950, passed and adopted Resolution No. 879, which resolution <br /> <br />declared said Council's intention to vacate and abandon a portion <br /> <br />of an alleyway running off Woodside Road between El Camino Real and <br /> <br /> <br />Linden Street in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br /> <br />vlliEREAS said resolution fixed the date of July 3, 1950 as the <br /> <br /> <br />date of the hearing in the City Hall, at the ~our of 8:00 o'clock <br /> <br /> <br />P.M., on said Council's intention to vacate and abandon said portion <br /> <br />of an alleyway running off Woodside Road between El Camino Real and <br /> <br /> <br />Linden Street in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br /> <br />vffiEREAS the Superintendent of Streets of the City of Reuwooa <br /> <br />City conspicuously posted along said portion of an alleyway proposed <br /> <br /> <br />to be vacated end abandoned, in three (3) places along said portion <br /> <br /> <br />of an alleyway, and at least ten (10) days before the date fixed for <br /> <br />the hearing on said abandonment, a notice of intention to vacate a <br /> <br />certain portion of an alleyway running off Woodside Road between <br /> <br /> <br />EI Camino Real and Linden Street in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS said Resolution No. 879 was duly ,published in the Red- <br /> <br /> <br />wood City Tribune, a daily (except Sunday) newspaper, published, <br /> <br /> <br />printed and circulated in the City of Redwood City, all as required <br /> <br /> <br />by law; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS all protests Gr objections to the abandonment and <br /> <br />vacation of said portion of said alleyway were duly overruled end <br />denied; / and <br /> <br />vlli~~EAS said hearing was duly and regularly continued until <br />August 7, 1950; <br /> <br />-1- <br />
