DUNCAN, the Building Inspector of the City of Redwood City, did, as required by Ordinance No. )0), post a notice to abate nuisance upon the real property situated in said City, County of San Mateo, State of California, and particularly described as follows: Portion of Late 1 and 2, Blook 4, Range D, Mezesvl11e, oommonly known as 503 Bradford street, Redwood City, Oalifornia; and did send a'copy of said notice so posted, by registered mail, postage prepaid, to the owners of sald real property, as said owners are listed upon the books of the City Assessor of said City of Red1ivood C1 ty, to \'11 t: Estate of J. J. Bullock, Deo'd. c/o Bullock, Wagstaffe & Dab~, Attys. at Law 2395 Broadway, Redwood City, Calif. WHEREAS in and by said notice to abate nuisance said Building Inspector of the City of Redwood City did fix Monday, July 17, 1950, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m. of said day, in the Council Chamber at the City Hall on Mlddlefield Road in said City of Red- wood City, as the time and place when the owners of the buildings situated upon said real property could anpear and be heard and show cause why said buildings should not be condemned as a public nuisance and abated by reconstructing or properly repairing said buildings or by razing or removing the same; and WHEREAS said Counoil did regularly oontinue said hearing until August 7, 1950, at 8:00 P.M.j and \vHEREAS said Council did proc eed wi th said hearing on Monday, August 7, 1950, and after considering all
