Which Map was filed in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of <br />California on November 3, 1862 in Book 2 of Miscellaneous Records at Page 85 and copied into <br />Book 1 of Maps at Page 81, described as follows: <br />Beginning at the point of intersection of the Northeasterly line of Middlefield Road (formerly <br />Phelps Street) 60.00 feet in width, with the Northwesterly line of Beech Street, 60 feet in width, <br />said intersection being the most Southerly corner of said Block 76; thence along said <br />Northeasterly line of Middlefield Road, Northwesterly 110 feet to the Southeasterly boundary <br />line of the lands conveyed to John C.
