Section 6.13 Title of Parts and Sections. Any titles of the sections or subsections of this <br />Agreement are inserted for convenience of reference only and shall be disregarded in interpreting <br />any part of the Agreement's provisions. <br />Section 6.14 Amendments. This Agreement may be amended only by a written <br />instrument executed by all the parties hereto or their successors in title, and duly recorded in the <br />real property records of the County of San Mateo, California. <br />Section 6.15 Notice. Formal notices, demands, and communications between the City <br />and the Owner shall be sufficiently given if and shall not be deemed given unless dispatched by <br />registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, or delivered by express <br />delivery service, return receipt requested, or delivered personally, to the principal office of the <br />City and the Owner as follows: <br />If to the Owner: [Saint Francis Center] <br />with copy to: <br />If to the City: City of Redwood City <br />1017 Middlefield Road <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br />Attention: City Manager <br />with copy to: City of Redwood City <br />1017 Middlefield Road <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br />Attention: City Attorney <br />Such written notices, demands, and communications may be sent in the same manner to <br />such other addresses as the affected party may from time to time designate by mail as provided <br />in this Section. Receipt shall be deemed to have occurred on the date shown on a written receipt <br />for delivery or refusal of delivery. <br />Section 6.16 Waiver of Requirements. Any of the requirements of this Agreement may <br />be expressly waived by the City in writing, but no waiver by the City of any requirement of this <br />Agreement shall, or shall be deemed to, extend to or affect any other provision of this <br />Agreement. Any extension of time granted to Owner to perform any obligation under this <br />Agreement shall not operate as a waiver or release from any of its obligations under this <br />Agreement.
