Manufactured Stormwater Treatment Measure Maintenance Plan for <br />275 Blomquist Street <br />3/18/2022 <br />Manufactured Stormwater Treatment Measures are PROPRIETARY treatment devices that tend to be <br />installed below ground and operate using some type of proprietary filter media, hydrodynamic separation, or <br />sedimentation and screening. Common examples of manufactured treatment measures include <br />manufactured media filters, inlet filters or drain inserts, oil/water separators and hydrodynamic separators. <br />In August 2004, the Regional Water Board's Executive Office wrote a letter stating that a project relying on <br />inlet filters or oil/water separators as the sole treatment measure would be unlikely to meet the maximum <br />extent practicable standard of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit.
