<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />(\"1 ~ <br />i <br />N o. 972 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING VACATION AND 1 ABANDON- <br />MENT OF CERTAIN PUBLIC EASEMENTS IN LOTS <br />1 AND 2, BLOCK 3, REDWOOD INDUSTRIAL TRACT, <br />IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />~mEREAS the Council of Redwood City, on August 21, 1950, <br />passed and adopted Resolution No. 950, which resolution declared <br /> <br />said Council's intention to vacate and abandon as a public ~ase- <br /> <br /> <br />ment, certain easements in Lots 1 and 2, Block 3, Redwood <br /> <br /> <br />Industrial Tract, Redwood City, California; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS said resolution fixed the date of September 18-, <br /> <br /> <br />1950, as the date of the hearing in the City Hall, at the hour <br /> <br />of 8:00 o'clock P.M., on said Council's intention to vacate and <br />abandon said easements in Lots 1 and 2, Block 3, Redwood Industrial <br /> <br />Tract, in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS the Superintendent of Streets of the City of Red- <br /> <br />wuod City conspicuously posted along said easements proposed to <br /> <br />be vacated and abandoned, in three places along said easements <br /> <br />and at least ten days before the date fixed for the hearing on <br /> <br />said abandorunent, a notice of intention to vacate certain public <br /> <br />easements in Lots 1 and 2, Block 3, Redwood Industrial Tract in <br />the City of Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS said Resolution No. 950 was dUly published in the <br />Redwood City Tribune, a daily (except Sunday) newspaper, published, <br />printed and circulated in the City of Redwood City, all as required <br />by law; and <br />WHEREAS no protest or objection to the abandonment and <br /> <br />vacation of said easements in Lots 1 and 2, Block 3, Redwood <br /> <br />Industrial Tract in the City of Redwood City; as public easements, <br /> <br />was made at said hearing; <br /> <br />-1- <br />
