<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City does hereby declare and order that the real <br /> <br />property hereinafter described is vacated and abandoned as a <br /> <br />public easement: <br /> <br />The northeasterly fifteen (15) feet of the <br />southwesterly twenty-five (25) foot easement <br />adjoining the most southerly boundary of Lots <br />1 and 2 in Block 3 and the public utility <br />easement six (6) feet wide adjoining the most <br />easterly boundary of Lot 1 in Block 3, as <br />said easements are designated on the map <br />entitled "REDWOOD INDUSTRIAL TRACT NO.1 <br />SUBDIVISION OF PORTION OF LOT 1, MAP OF SUB- <br />DIVISION OF SWEENEY RANCH BOOK lIC fl OF lYIAPB, <br />PAGE 36, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, II which <br />map was filed in the office of the Recorder <br />of the County of San Mateo, State ,of <br />California, on August 15, 1947, in Book 27 <br />of Maps at Pages 39 and 40. <br /> <br />FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of said City of Red- <br /> <br />wood City be and he is hereby ordered to record a certified copy <br /> <br />of this resolution in the office of the County Recorder of <br /> <br />San Mateo County, California. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />i~ <br /> <br />.... <br /> <br />-2- <br />
