REV: 02-17-23 RL <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Consultant will collaborate with Redwood City Together to facilitate a professional <br />development training on small team dynamics for community based organizations <br />(CBOs). <br />Consultant will: <br />Identify individual and collective work team’s strengths to improve small group <br />dynamics <br />Identify challenges to progress and develop organizational care approaches to <br />reduce chronic stress and burnout <br />Work with community based organizations (CBOs) to expand their system of <br />developing and assigning organizational tasks that emphasize their work teams’ <br />strengths <br />Help CBOs identify organizational opportunities for implementing emotional <br />wellbeing activities <br />Consultant will be paid in one installment upon completion of all Services, pursuant to <br />an invoice consistent with Section 6. <br />ATTY/AGR.2023.026/Ashley Blanco (Small Team Dynamics Training) (Page 10 of 11)
