BOARD OF APPEALS: As used or appears in the Fire Code, means the City <br /> Council. <br /> <br /> CHIEF OR FIRE CHIEF: Means the head of the Fire Department. <br /> <br /> CHIEF OF THE BUREAU OF FIRE PREVENTION: Means the Administrative <br /> Chief / Fire Marshal <br /> <br /> CODE: Means the Uniform Fire Code, 2000 Edition, including Appendices I, II, <br /> III, IV, V, VI-A, VI-B, VI-C, VI-E, VI-F, VI-G, VI-H, and VI-I. <br /> <br /> MUNICIPALITY: Means the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> Sec. 12.9 ESTABLISHMENTS OF LIMITS OF DISTRICTS. <br /> <br /> Sec. 12.9.1. Establishment of Limits of Districts in which Storage of Flammable <br /> or Combustible Liquids in Outside Above Ground Tanks is Prohibited. <br /> <br /> The limits referred to in Section 7902.2.2.1 and 7904.2.5.4.2 of the Uniform Fire <br /> Code, in which the storage of flammable or combustible liquids is restricted are <br /> hereby established as follows: RH (Residential - Hillside) District, R-1 <br /> (Residential - Single Family) District, R-2 (Residential - Duplex) District, RG <br /> (Garden Apartments) District, R-3 (Multi-Family- Low Density) District, R-4 <br /> (Multi-Family - Medium Density) District, R-5 (Multi-Family - High Density) <br /> District, PO (Professional Office) District, CN (Neighborhood Commercial) <br /> District, CB (Central Business) District, CG (General Commercial) District, TP <br /> (Tidal Plain) District, and MH (Mobile Home) District as defined by the Zoning <br /> Ordinance of the City. <br /> <br /> Sec. 12.9.2.
