The clinic aims to increase access to health and <br />dental care for the medically uninsured in order to improve overall physical, social, and mental <br />health status; prevent disease and disability; detect and treat health conditions’ to improve quality <br />of life; and increase life expectancy, while alleviating demands placed on emergency rooms for <br />episodic primary care for the uninsured. <br />Primary Quantitative Objectives: <br />Samaritan House will serve 600 incorporated Redwood City persons in 600 <br />households. <br /> <br />NOTE: The grant performance period begins July 1, 2022 and concludes June 30, 2023. <br />ATTY/AGR.2022.354/Samaritan House (Page 10 of 10)
