<br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE
<br />Scope of Services:
<br />Consultant shall provide specialized design services for workspaces and common areas
<br />throughout City facilities. Specialized design services including technical drawings shall
<br />be rendered on an as-needed basis at the request of the City. Consultant shall have all
<br />drawings reviewed by staff possessing IIDA NICDQ certification prior to submitting to the
<br />City for approval.
<br />Upon receiving City approval of design drawings, Consultant shall supply and install
<br />Herman Miller furniture selected by the City and as provisioned under OMNIA Partners
<br />Municipal Contract # NR482.B.002. Items available under the contract are as follows:
