Each paragraph and provision of this Grant Agreement is <br />severable from each other provision, and if any provision or part thereof is declared <br />invalid, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless remain in full force and effect. <br />14. Entire Grant Agreement. This Grant Agreement, together with any other <br />written document referred to or contemplated by it; embody the entire Grant Agreement <br />and understanding between the Parties relating to the subject matter of it. Neither this <br />Grant Agreement nor any of its provisions may be amended, modified, waived or <br />discharged except in a writing signed by both parties. <br />15. Authority.
