Section 6.18 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement shall be invalid, illegal or <br />unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining portions of this Agreement <br />shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby. <br />Section 6.19 Multiple Originals, Counterparts.
