Payment of Permits/Licenses <br />The Grantee bears responsibility to obtain any license, permit, or approval required from any agency for <br />work/services to be funded under this Agreement prior to commencement of said work/services. Failure <br />to do so will result in forfeit of any right to reimbursement under this Agreement. <br />16.
