REV: 02-16-23 RL <br />The dates selected for Leadership Council meetings for 2023-24 include: <br />Thursday, October 19, 2023 from 9:00 AM –12:00 PM <br />Thursday, January 18, 2024 from 9:00 AM–10:30 AM <br />Thursday, March 21, 2024 from 9:00 AM–10:30 AM <br />Thursday, May 16, 2024 from 9:00 AM–10:30 AM <br />Thursday, June 20, 2024 from 9:00AM-12PM (Joint Policy Meeting) <br />Redwood City Together Executive Team <br />Role: Oversees operational coordination of Redwood City Together initiatives by supporting and <br />advising the Executive Director, reviewing data and aiding the evaluation of programs and <br />initiatives, making recommendations to the Leadership Council regarding policy, program and <br />resource allocation, identifying challenges and community needs and developing suggestions for <br />solutions, aligning the values and purposes of member organizations and Redwood City <br />Together, building and maintaining collaborative, cross-sector relationships, developing and <br />monitoring financial resources, and promoting integration of efforts. <br />Membership: Each Redwood City Together collaborative partner is entitled to membership on <br />the Executive Team. Typically, the member will be the Chief Executive Officer of the organization <br />or serve at the senior management level. <br />Structure: The Executive Team will annually select a Chair from its members, who will be <br />responsible for co-leading the meetings of the Executive Team in partnership with the Executive <br />Director, serving as liaison between the Executive Team and the Leadership Council, and working <br />with the Executive Director to develop meeting agendas. The Executive Team Chairperson will <br />serve in that capacity for one year and will be from the same core member organization as the <br />Chairperson of the Leadership Council. Each core member organization will have the opportunity <br />for its representatives to lead the Executive Team and Leadership Council. The Chairperson for <br />The Executive Team and Leadership Council will rotate among core member organizations on an <br />annual basis every August. <br />Meetings: The Executive Team will meet at least five (5 times annually.
