REV: 03-17-23 MI <br />EXHIBIT H <br />SECURITY POLICY <br />1.Data Protection. <br />Protection of City Data shall be an integral part of the business activities of Provider to ensure <br />there is no inappropriate or unauthorized use of City’s data at any time. To this end, Vendor <br />shall safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of City Data, and comply with the <br />following conditions: <br />a) Provider shall implement and maintain appropriate administrative, technical, and <br />organizational security measures to safeguard against unauthorized access, disclosure, <br />or theft of City Data. Such security measures shall be in accordance with recognized <br />industry practice and not less stringent than the measures Provider applies to its own <br />City Data of similar kind. <br />b) All City Data shall be encrypted at rest and in transit with controlled access. <br />2.Security Incident or Data Breach. <br />Provider shall inform the City of any Security Incident or Data Breach as outlined in Section 11 <br />of this Agreement. <br />ATTY/AGR.2023.056/Dropcountr, Inc.
