2 <br />2. PAL will contract Community Based Organizations and community leaders to do the on <br />the ground program activities in collaboration with and for Transition Age Youth <br />(TAY). <br />3. PAL will contract Community Based Organizations to create weekly youth <br />development activities that can stretch into late evening hours. <br />4. PAL and RWC Together will lead this effort from July 2022-June 2023 <br />5. PAL and RWC Together, City of Redwood City City Ma <br />Departments will have weekly, monthly or quarterly meetings to assess the progress <br />of this acute need around TAY in RWC/NFO. <br />6. PAL, City of Redwood City, and RWC Together will collect and analyze data to give <br />recommendations for school and after-school programs for TAY demographic. <br />7. PAL and Redwood City Together will work with City of Redwood City Police <br />safety prevention methods for TAY Demographic. <br />B. The District shall for the duration of this Memorandum of Understanding: <br />1. Provide $85,000 upon receipt of this signed MOU by both parties. <br />C. This Memorandum of Understanding shall be effective through June 30, 2023, unless earlier <br />terminated by the District or RWC Together for cause upon 3 prior written notice to the <br />other party specifying such cause with particularity. For purposes of this Memorandum of <br />Memorandum of Understanding, provided, however, that if RWC Together substantially cures such <br />failure within the 30-day notice period, the notice of termination shall be of no force or effect. <br />Reporting. Redwood City Together shall provide a final written report by July 31, 2023, to the <br />District, indicating the project outcomes to date, costs, and number of District youth served, along <br />with any additional information the District may reasonably request. <br />Miscellaneous Provisions. <br />a. This Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the <br />successors and assigns. <br />b. This Agreement may be modified only by a writing signed by authorized representatives <br />of the parties. <br />c.
