<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of <br />Redwood City does hereby deolare and order that the real property <br />hereinafter described is vacated and abandoned as a public ease- <br /> <br />ment: <br /> <br />A five (5) foot easement along the rear <br />of Lots 2 and 3, Block 9, fronting on <br />Broadway.
