REV: 03-15-23 JB <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />TRANSPORTATION SERVICES. <br />Upon request from the City through issuance of Task Orders, the Consultant shall provide <br />Civil and transportation planning and engineering services on an as-needed basis. <br />Examples of typical projects or requests include the following: <br />A. Development Review. Completion of local transportation analyses (CEQA and <br />non-CEQA) for development projects (including both level of service (“LOS”) and <br />vehicle-miles traveled (“VMT”) evaluations in addition to other requirements of the <br />City’s Transportation Analysis Manual), peer review of local transportation <br />analyses provided by others, and review of offsite transportation improvements <br />(potentially involving vehicles, bicycles, pedestrians, buses, and train tracks). <br />Example projects include: Sequoia Station, 2300 Broadway, 901 El Camino Real, <br />601 Allerton Street, Redwood Life, Harbor View, Elco Yards. <br />B.Design Services. Complete feasibility and planning studies for transportation <br />facilities. Example projects include: Blomquist Bridge (preliminary design), <br />Pavement Maintenance (PS&E), Downtown Parking Study, and Roosevelt Traffic <br />Calming (PS&E). <br />C.Grant Writing Support. Develop grant applications for a variety of multimodal <br />programs, as needed. <br />City will pay to Consultant One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00) for the <br />completion of all the work and services described herein, which sum will include all costs <br />or expenses incurred by the Consultant. <br />Consultant shall be paid on an hourly base at the rates set forth in the table below. <br />Charge Rate Schedule <br />When a specific project scope is defined and a task order issued, Walker shall use the <br />following hourly rates for completing the tasks listed in this agreement and in associated <br />task orders.
