REV: 4-10-2023 JB <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />TRANSPORTATION SERVICES: <br />Upon request from the City through issuance of a Task Order, the Consultant shall provide <br />civil and transportation planning and engineering services on an as-needed basis. <br />Examples of typical projects or requests include the following: <br />A.Development Review. Peer review of local transportation analyses provided by <br />others, and review of offsite transportation improvements (potentially involving <br />vehicles, bicycles, pedestrians, buses, and train tracks). <br />B.Active Transportation Planning and Design. Plan for and design of pedestrian <br />and bicycle facilities, plan complete streets projects, and develop Safe Routes to <br />School improvement plans. <br />C.Traffic Operations. Simulate isolated signals and corridors, develop improvement <br />plans for intersection modifications (modified lane configurations, signal timing <br />changes, new traffic controls, signal modifications), evaluate and respond to a <br />variety of community requests (e.g., stop signs, traffic signals, streetlights), collect <br />multimodal data and update engineering and traffic surveys. <br />D.Design Services. Complete feasibility and planning studies for transportation <br />facilities. <br />E.Community Outreach. Conduct inclusive community outreach in support of <br />various plans and projects that engages a broad spectrum of stakeholders with <br />tailored methods and materials. <br />F.Grant Writing Support.
