REV: 04-27-2023 JB <br />Consultant shall be paid on an hourly bases at the rates set forth in the table below: <br />Fee notes: <br />The rates shown include overhead and profit. <br />Other direct costs, such as major reproduction services, will be billed at actual cost. <br />Consultant team members will not charge travel time or mileage costs on assigned <br />projects. <br />Subcontractors will be billed at actual cost plus 10%. <br />Expert witness services, if provided, will be billed at the rate shown X 2. <br />Rates may be adjusted subject to COLA adjustments on January 1 of each year, if <br />requested by Consultant and approved in writing by the City Engineer. <br />ATTY/AGR.2023.087/V.W.
