REV: 04-27-2023 RL <br /> Vice-President CFO or Assistant Treasurer <br />Otherwise, the corporation must attach a resolution certified by the secretary or assistant secretary under corporate <br />seal empowering the officer(s) signing to bind the corporation. <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Consultant will: <br />Participate in the SV2 Redwood City Together Impact Night on April 6th <br />o Have a booth with more information about their organization <br />o Bring at least 10 of their organization participants (board members, staff or <br />families who can contribute to the discussion on the indicators in the <br />Community Collaborative for Children’s Success (CCCS) Plan) <br />Create and measure activity on the chosen 3-5 indicators from the CCCS Plan <br />Participate in monthly CCCS Neighborhood Action Team (NAT) lunch meetings <br />Engage in quarterly professional development trainings with other partners <br />Submit a mid year report on progress on chosen indicators from the CCCS Plan <br />Attend annual retreat with other partners and Redwood City Together staff <br />Support the planning and day of events for the Welcoming RWC Working Group <br />(Welcoming Week, United Against Hate Week, OYE, World Café and Bikes and <br />Books) <br />Consultant will be paid in two equal installments upon execution of this Agreement and <br />at the completion of all Services, pursuant to an application for payment form consistent <br />with Section 6, Compensation. <br />ATTY/AGR.2023.092/Friends for Youth (CCCS Core Partner) (Page 10 of 10)
