10/26/2009 <br />Certificates, preliminary forms of which are on file with the Authority Secretary; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, it is now economic for the Certificates to be redeemed, in <br />whole or in part, from available resources of the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Refunding of Certificates. The Certificates, in whole <br />or in part, are hereby designated for redemption prior to maturity from any <br />available funds of the City, at a prepayment price equal to the principal <br />evidenced thereby, plus accrued interest evidenced thereby to the date fixed for <br />prepayment, without premium . <br />Section 2. Official Actions. The City Manager and staff of the City <br />are hereby authorized and directed, jointly and severally, to perform any and all <br />actions and to execute and deliver any and all certificates, opinions, and <br />documents, which they deem necessary and advisable in order to consummate <br />the redemption of the Certificates and otherwise to effectuate the purposes of <br />this Resolution, and any such actions previously taken by such officers are <br />hereby ratified and affirmed. <br />Section 3.
