Flow -Through Planter Maintenance Plan Date of Inspection: <br />Property Address: 200 Twin Dolphin Treatment Measure No.. <br />Table 1 <br />Routine Maintenance Activities for Flow -Through Planters <br />5 <br />Remove obstructions, accumulated sediment, litter/trash and debris and dispose <br />Before wet season and as <br />of properly. Mosquito Abatement <br />Standing water shall not remain in the treatment measures for more than five days, to prevent mosquito <br />generation. Should any mosquito issues arise, contact the San Mateo County Mosquito and Vector Control <br />District (SMCMVCD), as needed for assistance. Mosquito larvicides shall be applied only when absolutely <br />necessary, as indicated by the SMCMVCD, and then only by a licensed professional or contractor.
