The goal of the strategy <br />will be to distribute items which do not have holds or demands on them. If the item does not have a <br />destination assigned, then they can be allocated to a Distribution matrix. <br />If there are 3 destinations part of the ‘distribution’ <br />▪ Chute 2 weight 4 <br />▪ Chute 3 weight 8 <br />▪ Chute 4 weight 1 <br />Sum of the distribution is 13- Highest weight gets the first item, So the distribution should go by chute <br />number; <br />3,2,4,3,2,3,2,3,2,3,3,3,3 <br />Once that distribution is complete, it starts over. If the sort table is changed, distribution counts should <br />reset <br /> <br />
