If any portion of this Agreement, or the application thereof, is held by <br />a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the remaining <br />portions of this Agreement, or the application thereof, will remain in full force and effect. <br />5.14 Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts. <br />5.15 Electronic Signatures. This Agreement may be executed through the use of digital <br />or electronic signatures in accordance with Government Code Section 16.5. The presence <br />of an electronic signature on this Agreement will be construed as the Parties’ consent to <br />do business electronically. <br />5.16 Attribution to the TA. Sponsor must include attribution that indicates work was <br />funded with Measure W Funds from the TA. This provision applies to any project, or <br />publication, that was funded in part or in whole by Measure W Funds. Acceptable forms <br />of attribution include TA branding on Project-related documents, construction signs, <br />public information materials, and any other applicable documents. <br />5.17 Entire Agreement.
