REV: 06-09-23 RL <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />In the month of June, leading up to June 21, consultant will: <br />Curate/Program 3-4 short films (aligning with Juneteenth Event concept) <br />Provide content fees to content creators <br />Provide (1-2) staff to produce technical aspect of event including providing the <br />Software/Technical support needed to run the desired videos, images, content, <br />lighting adjustments, etc. <br />Engage select Filmmakers to attend event as part of the panel <br />Provide digital Step & Repeat slides to stay on-screen during conversations <br />Film the conversation for use online or to promote the experience <br />Create and manage RSVP landing page/ lists, facilitate check-in by providing <br />additional support staff <br />Handle day prior and day of event flow-product drop-off, set-up, check-in and <br />clean up <br />Secure events rental partner-glass rentals, etc. <br />Non-alcoholic beverages for 200 guests <br />Consultant will be paid within ten days of execution of this agreement pursuant to an <br />invoice consistent with Section 6, Compensation. <br />ATTY/AGR.2023.132/Cinequest, Inc (Juneteenth Event) (Page 11 of 11)
