(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on <br />May 8, 2023. <br />Present: Aguirre, Eakin, Howard, Martinez Saballos, Sturken, Espinoza-Garnica and Mayor Gee. <br />Motion and second, Aguirre and Martinez Saballos, to approve and authorize the City Manager <br />to execute the contract documents and award the standard form contract for the 2022-2023 <br />Watermain Replacement Project - Redwood Village and Hillcrest PRV Station to Casey <br />Construction, Inc. of Emerald Hills for their responsive and responsible low total bid of $2,084,592, <br />and authorize the City Manager or the City Manager's designee to increase the contract amount, <br />if necessary, up to 10% of the amount awarded, for a total amount not to exceed $2,293,051. <br />Passes 7- 0 by electronic vote. <br />wova <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
