SFPUC announces potential first year of drought (if applicable) <br />5. SFPUC and Wholesale Customers meet upon request to exchange <br />information 'concerning water availability and projected system- <br />wide purchases <br />6. SFPUC issues revised estimate of available water supply, and <br />confirms continued potential shortage conditions, if applicable <br />7. SFPUC issues final estimate of available water supply <br /> <br />8. SFPUC determines amount of water available to Wholesale <br />Customers collectively <br /> <br />In Drought Years <br /> <br />9. SFPUC formally declares the existence of water shortage <br />emergency (or end of water shortage emergency, if applicable) <br />under Water Code Sections 350 et. seq. <br />10. SFPUC declares the need for a voluntary or mandatory response <br />11. BA WSCA submits calculation to SFPUC of individual Wholesale <br />Customers' percentage shares of water allocated to Wholesale <br />Customers collectively <br />12. SFPUC determines individual shortage allocations, based on <br />BA WSCA' s submittal of individual agency percentage shares to <br />SFPUC, and monthly water budgets (Default Schedule) <br />13. Wholesale Customers submit alternative monthly water budgets <br />( optional) <br />14. Final drought shortage allocations are issued for the Supply Year <br />beginning July 1 through June 30 <br />15. Monthly water budgets become effective <br /> <br />16. Excess use charges indicated on monthly Suburban bills <br /> <br />17.
