<br />sources of system input would include intertie water deliveries between <br />the Regional System and the Santa Clara Valley Water District, and' <br />between the Regional System and the East Bay Municipal Utilities <br />District, and deliveries of raw water from Crystal Springs Reservoir in the <br />event of an emergency. Flows from the system shall be. deemed negative <br />in sign for the purpose of determining "Base system input." <br /> <br />(13) "Total base system input" shall equal the sum of the system -inputs from the <br />sources described in paragraph B.l.12. . <br /> <br />(14) "Joint system loss reduction factor" shall equal "Total system base usage" divided <br /> <br /> <br />by "Total base system input." "Joint system loss reduction factor" shall not <br /> <br /> <br />exceed 1.0. <br /> <br />(15) "Daly City reduction factor" shall equal "Net San Francisco base deliveries" <br /> <br /> <br />divided by "Gross San Francisco County line base deliveries." "Daly City <br /> <br /> <br />reduction factor" shall not exceed 1.0. <br /> <br />(16) "Total suburban base deliveries" shall equal "Other suburban base deliveries" <br />plus "Total wholesale base usage." <br /> <br />(17) "Suburban reduction factor" shall equal "Wholesale base usage" divided by <br />"Total suburban base deliveries.." "Suburban reduction factor" shall not exceed <br /> <br />1.0. <br /> <br />(18) "HHWPD Deliveries above Oakdale" shall equal the total amount of water. <br /> <br /> <br />delivered by the HHWPD to users located above the system input meters in <br /> <br /> <br />Oakdale. Water users located above the system input meters in Oakdale are <br /> <br /> <br />currently represented by Groveland Community Services District and the <br /> <br /> <br />HHWPD facility at Moccasin. <br /> <br />13 <br /> <br />March II, 2009 <br />
