1 <br />2021 Amended and Restated WSA 17162043.1 <br />AMENDED AND RESTATED <br />WHOLESALE WATER SUPPLY AGREEMENT <br />Introductory Statement <br />Both San Francisco, as the Regional Water System owner and operator, and its Wholesale <br />Customers share a commitment to the Regional Water System providing a reliable supply of <br />high quality water at a fair price, and achieving these goals in an environmentally sustainable <br />manner. <br />Article 1. Parties, Effective Date, And Defined Terms <br />1.01. Definitions <br />The capitalized terms used in this Agreement shall have the meanings set forth in Attachment <br />A. <br />1.02. Parties <br />The parties to this Agreement are the City and County of San Francisco and such of the <br />following entities (all of which purchase water from San Francisco) as have executed this <br />Agreement: <br />Alameda County Water District <br />California Water Service Company <br />City of Brisbane <br />City of Burlingame <br />City of Daly City <br />City of East Palo Alto <br />City of Hayward <br />City of Menlo Park <br />City of Millbrae <br />City of Milpitas <br />City of Mountain View <br />City of Palo Alto
